The University of Kansas welcomed everyone to the Sunflower State! We enjoyed record hot weather, and more hills than expected in America’s heartland. Overall, KU provided an amazing showcase of their campus, their partners and their exciting new entertainment district.

The event was attended by 118 individuals, representing 39 schools and 20 additional organizations.

Highlights from the 2026 event include:

• New schools including Syracuse, University of Alabama, University of Louisiana - Lafayette, University of Nebraska - Lincoln, Wake Forest University, Washington University - St. Louis, and Wichita State University.

• Updated Sponsored Sessions, featuring collaboration partners, as well as a new “3-2-1 Launch Your Partnerships Office”. KU was able to showcase their partnerships with Pepsi and Central Bank, while also bringing in their CFO to discuss the funding and collaboration for the Entertainment District.

• Presenting Sponsors for both the Welcome Reception and the Networking Dinner and our Lunch, with a special activation at the Networking Dinner, provided by Red Bull.

• A spectacular interactive dinner event at the historic Allen Fieldhouse, with an opportunity to “Run The Racks” on the court!
