UC San Diego was finally able to have their day in the sun! After pivoting to a virtual conference in 2020, UC San Diego was able to showcase the magnificence of its campus in beautiful La Jolla, California, as UPCoP returned for an in-person event. With a gorgeous new event and conference space, high above the Pacific coastline, attendees were treated to sweeping views of Torrey Pines and the La Jolla shoreline.

The event was attended by 103 individuals, representing 32 schools and 21 additional organizations.

Highlights from the 2025 event include:

• New schools including Fresno State, University of Arkansas, University of Tennessee, and first time in-person attendance for the University of Iowa and the University of Texas at Austin.

• Updated 101 sessions, including Partnerships 101 presented by Indiana University, an introduction to Storytelling Assets by Cardinal Creative and updated Valuation 101 & 201 sessions.

• Presenting Sponsors for both the Welcome Reception and the Networking Dinner.

• A spectacular beachside dinner event at the Scripps Seaside Forum as part of the Oceanography Department at UC San Diego.
